Squats, Press / Pullups, Dips, Sprints


SWOD:

Squat 3x5 (add 5 lbs)
Press 3x5 (add 5 lbs)

Squat:  2 x 5 @ 20kg, then 1 x 20 @ 50kg -- 20 reps sucks.  Press:  1 x 5 @ 50kg, 1 x 5 @ 60, 1 x 3 @ 70, 1 x 3 @ 75 -- PR

DWOD: 

Complete 5 rounds for time:

7 L-Hold Pull Ups
14 Ring Dips
Sprint 100 yards

15:09 -- subbed pulldowns @ 8/6, pushdowns @ 3/2, sprints up/down driveway. 

Do I want to be slimmer and have me a 6-pack?  Yes.  Can I get there?  Most likely.  Am I feeling good about posting PR's on a consistent basis?  Yes.  Would I rather be strong or look like a magazine model?  Can't I have both?  Or at least be closer to the model?  I don't want to be a stick, but this extra tire is a little annoying.
