Deadlifts / Power Cleans, Pushups


SWOD:

Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last workout)

5RM:  100kg, 1RM @110kg / 243 lbs. -- PR.  Need to check the video, but I think form was actually decent. 

DWOD:

Complete for time:

10 Power Cleans
20 Push Ups, do descending couplets until 1 Power Clean, 11 Push Ups

15:22 -- 40kg Power Cleans, started @ 10 pushups.  I have never felt quite so brutalized by a workout.  Except for the workout before that.  CrossFit Football can suck it. 

Of course, it made the rest of today pretty flippin' easy to deal with.  

Something fairly invigorating about picking up a really heavy weight off the floor...never thought I'd be that stoked that I could do something like that.
