New Book, New Start?

So my WOD book finally came.  You can get one too at http://wodbook.com/.  Not the most durable cover, but the inside of the book is pretty phenomenal for you CrossFit types. 

Really good stuff, put the first workouts in today, and, sadly, didn’t get out of bed and go workout.

Got distracted by the shiny objects of trying to figure out how to get blog posts posted better, and just got too distracted to muster up the energy to get out there and lift.

I’ve lost the edge a bit, but tomorrow’s a new day, and that’s a horse I can climb on again pretty easily, yes?
