Rest Day

Scale was kind again this morning…tried the "intermittent fast" yesterday, and that seemed to be a good idea. Need to dial that in a little bit more.

Really want to give the old Paleo a shot, but the bread around here is so good.

It's like anything else…one day at a time, just get through one day, and the next day, and one more after that, and it's not that complicated once it all gets going.

There are no quick fixes…it's a lifelong effort.

Tomorrow it's squats and presses. I'm looking forward to the presses, since I haven't done them in at least a month or more.
