Squats, Run, Burpies/Run 1000m


Well, I made it out for the run tonight, but no luck on the morning workout.  Took a nap yesterday, had a miserable time getting to sleep last night.  Will take my rest day tomorrow.
Run 1000m
Total time:  5:47
200m avg.:  1:09
In the interest of working up to it a bit at a time, managed to gasp through 1000m at a little over 9:00 a mile.  Not stellar, but it’s 200m better than the last run.  Idea here is to keep tacking on 200m up to around the 5m mark for these “tempo” runs. 
Next time, it’s 8 x 200m.
