Actually made it to bed at something resembling a decent hour, but ended up waking up an hour earlier than I'd planned.
Fun.
Contemplating "active rest" today, maybe taking a walk tonight...not because I'm that hardcore, but because I'm a complete slug at this point and want to batter away at the slugness.
Tried doing some air squats last night, realized again how inflexible I am and this kind of bums me out. Not to the point of blank-walled depression, but it still sucks.
However, I was able to at least (I think) get somewhere near the position...it's going to take time, but this can be done, that much is certain.
