SU = none due to SU in WOD

Back = 250 x 10

Push = 195 x 10

Pull = none due to pullups in WOD

* working more on form, went back down to broomstick for the OHS. Want to get it completely locked before going back up to the 45 lb. bar

35 x 150 Pulldown instead of pullups

35 x pushups

35 x situps

35 x squats

This hurt a lot. Doing pulldowns instead of pullups. Pushing it a little more each time.
