SWOD:
Deadlift, 3RM = 240 lbs.
Strict Pull Ups, 3 x MR = 3 x MR Pulldowns @ 160, 6 reps each set
New PR for me on the deadlift period, but not entirely confident as to my form with regard to the lower back. Pulldowns subbed for pullups, which isn't the best sub in the world, but it keeps me happy
DWOD:
30 x BW Bench Press
10 x 40 yard dash w/15" rest
30 x BW Bench Press
30 x 135 Bench Press, broken sets
10 x 35 yard dash w/15" rest
30 x 115 Bench Press, broken sets
This one is just miserable, and someday I'll be repping the bodyweight bench press on it, but not today, not by a long damn shot.
Smoked me, which is, after all, the point.
Pushups/Situps
Run 1 mile @ 11:00
I'm not exactly going to blow the doors off on the run, need to work up to that tempo time. If/when I start cranking it at 6:00, then we'll talk about increasing the distance. This went well, which is good, considering that I'm running a 22:00 2-mile.
Pushups/situps based off the improvement plans I've been doing generically now and then. This… well, sucked. I managed to finish them, but had to break the sets up for the last few reps. I'm writing that off to the whole bench press blowout from the morning.
