Not so bad, recovery to 120 or 1" -- if the 120 came first, waited for the 1" mark.
Run: BFL, Hill Level 1

Changed this up a little bit. Had run the last couple of times @ 1% grade for the whole thing. Changed it up to Level 1 on hills, which made it a little different, some variety.
I know that "hill work" is something that's a little more specific re: CFE, but as I'm gearing up a little bit at a time, figured I'd just run it this way.
Ended up with a pause point at the last series of intervals since I kept on hitting the "level" portion rather than the "speed" portion for the hills.
Don't think it affected the overall workout that much, but know that it made the last interval series easier.
Also backed off of the 7.5 for the last minute, which seems a little smarter and still gets the hurt on it.
