Deadlift 5 RM (add 10 lbs to last workout)
Plan: 85kg, Actual 95 kg
Still not sure about my form…we’ll see how the back reacts over the next few days.
DWOD:
Complete 10 rounds for time:
5 Power Cleans 75% of body weight
5 Handstand Push Ups
Sprint 50 meters
12:27 -- Did 5 rounds, PC @ 50kg, bench push ups, hill work for sprints
So I got on the scale before the official "weigh in" day, not happy, not happy with tape, blah blah, blah blah. Keeping at it, but hate it when it gets like this.
