SDHP, Ring Dips

Warmup

Mobility Stretches
3 Rounds of the following:
15 OHS w/PVC
20 Situps, done w/60 lbs. anchoring feet
15 Back Extensions
5 Grav. Pullups @ 110

Puppies:

Three rounds for time of:
25-35 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps
21 Dips (Bench Dips okay)

Time: 4:50

Cash Out: Bike, Dragon Chase, 5 min.

Going to do this with 45 lbs.
Did 150 lbs. on the Gravitron for dips. Thought briefly about doing 4 sets, no way. Last set of dips moved toward middle of the bar, noticed immediate impact on my triceps, may need to shift position to this to get the full benefit. Also need to find a pullup progression for Gravitron.
