Push Jerks

WU w/some runs, maybe slow on the treadmill
Mobility Stretches
3 Rounds of the following:
15 OHS w/PVC
15 Back Extensions, working on the "Good Mornings" for some variety
15 Gr. Dips @ 155
15 Gr. Pulls @ 170

Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

65-75-85-95-105-115-135

Need to jump next time, need to continue to work form...think I could have gone higher.
