Four rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters

1 pood Kettlebell swing, 20 reps

20 Beginner or Jumping Pull-ups

OHS = 45 x 11

SU = 32

Back = 200 x 10

Push = 185 x 10

Pull = 180 x 10

Puppies -- 21:42

Ran on treadmill, started @ 8.6, worked down to 6.0. Did 40 lb. db swing in place of kettlebell

Rounds:

1 - 8.6/40/150

2 - 8.0/40/140

3 - 6.5/40/120

4 - 6.0/40/110

Way tired by the end. Starting to treat these more as a "metcon" than pulling lots of weight, which is think is the point in the first place.
