Ended up doing this:
 
Hill Level 8 @ 4.0 for 30"
 
5 rounds of the cycle, 5 each time @ 95 lbs. --
 
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Jerk
 
Yeah, should have kept track of the time…curious to see what this does for the next couple of days with regard to progress and recovery. I'm starting to wandering into over-training, and that's dangerous
 
10" -- 1:2, 3.0-6.0
 
Was trying to tack on some more cardio, but just got bored?
