Power Clean: 155 (145)
Back Squat: 235 (225)
Bench Press: 225 (225)
Deadlift: 275/235
Bench press didn't improve from the last time, but given that I didn't have a spotter and psyched myself out a little bit, think I maybe could have done a little more, but not happening today.
Deadlift improvement: based on what my lower back is telling me right now, I'm guessing I didn't lift this properly, and so I'm not real cool about putting it up there, but I did manage to get up 275 and lock it out.
Squats

Air squats, still smoked me due to the back squats from the morning.
BFL Run
5.2/5.7/6.2/6.7/7.2, 0 incline
Not sure how I'm going to keep progressing this, but looking at changing up the running a little bit so I'm only doing 1 tempo a week, and some hills/intervals and Tabatas thrown in for good measure.
Once I get that sorted out, doing 2x/day, then I'll start putting some goals in place re: 5k, etc.
This didn't hurt all that much, so there's hope for the faster pace coming.
