Squats, Press/Clean Pulls, Pullups, Back Extensions, Row

Managed to add 5 lbs. to each one per guidance. Almost tossed out the CrossFit Football and went back to straight CrossFit, but…then I saw the squats and presses, and I couldn't resist.
Oh, and managed to tear the ass out of my shorts completely halfway through the 2nd set of squats. But I finished anyway. Why? Because if I went to change, I'd never make it back…one of those days.

15 back extensions w/25 lbs. 15 good mornings with bar
Row 250 meters 25 SDHP w/bar
Managed to keep up the intensity, didn't rest as much b/t rounds as I've been doing recently.
Didn't get to the squat/run workout today. Just…gave up on it. Re-tooling the running a little so I'm still running daily but no burning myself out with the grind.
