Day 2


Workout:  Took a rest day, woke up feeling semi-miserable.  Get some more sleep tonight, see what tomorrow brings.
Nutrition:  Managing (as of 10:18) to keep my food intake to good things.  Still using the drink mixes in my water, but I’m rationalizing that with the vitamin content in each mix-in.  Of course one of the people in the house had to put out a box of baklava and a bar of dark chocolate Toblerone.  I love me some baklava, and dark chocolate?  Yikes.  Might not be so bad, but I don’t want to skew the results of my eating plan.  I’d like to be at the end of the 30 days and say, “Yeah, I did this, and it worked.”
