Big shocker…after being out eating pasta, drinking beer, I didn’t feel like working out this morning…hopefully this will change soon with the move out to Gardez…that’ll help the routines, or else plan my “off” days around the Thursday day off. Can’t keep doing this one day on/one day off nonsense.
Supposed to be a weight/tape day, but I’m not doing that today…stepped on the scale, and thanks to my Thursday night, it’s ridiculous…so I’m going to put this off one week…move it a day earlier from now on or something to that effect.
