4 x 25 Jumping Squats

Checked myself in video...still letting my shoulders roll forward a little about halfway through each set, but getting better. 

Rest times:  need to get my HRM back out so I can keep it above 140, and stop recovering down to the 120.  Losing too much intensity here.
