Warm Up

3 x 10 Pushups

Puppies:

20 Box jump, 10-15 inch box
20 Jumping pull-ups
20 Kettlebell swings, 12kg / 35 lb. dumbbell swings
Walking Lunge, 20 steps
20 Ab-Mat Sit-ups / Anchored situps, bench @ Level 3
20 Push press, 45 pounds
20 Back extensions
20 Wall ball shots, 10-16 pound ball / 45# thrusters
20 Burpees
20 Standard Jump Rope Jumps

Felt good about the time, about getting it done. Burpees just about killed me, think I'd do puppies again next time just to really kill this one.

Next on pull ups -- 3 x 5 @ 100 w/Gravitron
Next on dips -- 3 x 5 @ 80 w/Gravitron
