I've been at this since August of 2008 with varying degrees of persistence. Best workout "program" I've ever done, and it made sense to me from the first day.
Currently reppin' the CrossFit Football program, which is pretty similar to the CrossFit Strength Bias program. Really digging that. I'm a guessin' if I keep it up, I might make some progress. Expect varying degrees of detail on these workouts and nutrition stuff.
