35 pullups -- 5 x 7 @ 140 on lat pulldowns
70 pushups -- 5 x 14 using Smith to do progessions, nearly upright by the end
120 squats -- 5 x 24
1/2m @ 6.0, bumped up to 7.1 for last 1/8 mile
